So I woke up today at 12 - just in time for lunch, kickstarted my morning afternoon with some of the songs from the Punk Goes… series and, boy, I did certainly feel young(er) again. I love how punk gives you that youthful vibe - making me feel like I’m going to remain a teenager forever, making you dance and jump like some stupid idiot who’s on coke and not caring about the world and all. Most of the songs are reminiscent of my highschool days, Freaky Friday, Lindsay Lohan, and Chad Michael Murray trying to look like Kurt Cobain. (Did that rhyme? No.)
And when the rain started to pour, I decided it’s time to shift the mood. Deathcab’s Stay Young, Go Dancing it is!
